Born April 14, 1922 in North Battleford, Saskatchewan to the late John and Annie Coleshaw. She came from North Battleford to Ajax with her sister Mary and worked as a bomb girl where she met the love of her life Elmer Luke (deceased) for 51 years. She also worked in the cafeteria at Lakeridge Health Oshawa and the YWCA. Sister to John Jr, Bill, Lil (deceased), Geneva (deceased), Mary (deceased), Peggy (deceased), and Bob (deceased). Thank you to Tara Williams for endless hours of crafting and friendship and her “special friend” Norma at Traditions of Durham. Special thanks to Dr. Go and Dr. Osbourn, and the nurses on OC7 and 4F supportive care unit for their compassion and excellent care, every moment of everyday. Aunt Julie you will always be loved and remembered for the amazing and incredible person that we know you to be.
