PALFREY, Teresa Anne – Passed away suddenly on May 13, 2014 in Mississauga, ON at age 36. Beloved daughter of Edward and Linda Palfrey. Dear mother of Chantel Palfrey of Placentia, Nfld. Dear grand mummy of Alanna. Dearest sister of Denise Palfrey (Mark) and Jennifer. She will be fondly remembered by her niece Brittney Palfrey, extended family and friends.
