Rowe, Ruth Helena
Passed away peacefully at Glen Hill Strathaven Nursing Home on Monday July 7, 2014 in her 101st year. Born on December 1st, 1913 at 59 Division St, Oshawa, Ruth was the middle child of Mervin John and Helena Rowe. Survived by her niece Marian Wild and grand nieces Laura Feeney (Allan), Rebecca Debono (Mario) and great grand nieces Stephanie Feeney and Felicity Debono. Predeceased by her sister Lois Johnston and her brother Robert John Rowe. The family would like to thank the staff and friends of Faith Place and a special thank you to Glen Hill Strathaven Nursing Home for their exceptional care.
Resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Friday July 11th from 1-2 pm. Funeral Service will follow in the chapel at 2 pm. Memorial donations to the Durham Region Humane Society would be appreciated. For online condolences please visit www.armstrongfuneralhome.net.
