Passed away peacefully at The Wynfield on Friday July 18, 2014 in her 78th year. Predeceased by her husband Norman Bell. Loving mother of Kirk (Barb), Debbie, Kevin (Diane) and Ken (Marie). Loving grandmother of Ryan, Lindsay, Craig, Cory, Lauren, Kayla, Renée, Brooke and great grandmother of Liam, Parker and Kolby.
At Joan’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. Memorial donations to the Salvation Army or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
