Czaban, Maria – Passed away peacefully at Ivan Franco Home in Etobicoke on Friday June 1st, 2018 at the age of 91. Predeceased by her husband Stephan in 2003. Dear sister of Anastazja (Grzegorz), Nadia (Emil), the late Jaroslawa (Boleslaw) and the late Bazyli (Helena). Sadly missed by her special nephew Zbigniew Sylwester Krysa (Anatolia). Lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews in Poland. Maria will be remembered by many good neighbours and friends in Oshawa, Canada, Ukraine and Poland. Resting at Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with visitation on Monday June 4th from 6pm to 8pm with Panachyda at 7:30pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. George the Great Martyr Ukrainian Catholic Church on Tuesday June 5th at 11am. Interment Union Cemetery.
