Obituary for Nick Olenick
OLENICK, Nick
Nick Olenick passed peacefully into the hands of God on Saturday January 1, 2017 at the age of 94. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and onetime owner of a lodge in NB with his loving wife Trudy who predeceased him. Also predeceased by his parents, and his sisters and brother.
He is survived by daughter Jan Wright and son Leo Peters (Marilyn). Also survived by grandchildren April Benegbi (Ron) Stephen Wright and Christian Wright (Julie) and Brendan Peters (Julie) and Brook Peters (Mélanie).
Great grandchildren are Jordan Benegbi, Zoe Wright, and Avi Wright. Also Sydney and Makenna Peters and Loïc and Lucienne Peters.
Private interment with family at Thornton Cemetery Oshawa Wednesday, January 4 at 1:00 PM.
