Passed away peacefully at Hillsdale Terraces in Oshawa on February 21, 2017 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Johannes. Cherished mother of Cathy (Brian), Anita (late Dan), Mary Ann, Jacqueline (Tom), Monica (Mark), James, and Pierre. Oma of 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A special Thank you to the staff of Hillsdale Terraces for all their care and support. Friends may call at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME 124 King Street East for visitation on Friday February 24th from 2pm–4pm & 7pm-9pm, with a rosary service at 8pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church on Saturday February 25th at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. Memorial donations are greatly appreciated to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society.
