YOUNG, Dora Mary
Passed away peacefully, with her husband by her side, on May 13 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, in her 82nd year.
Loving wife of Ben Young for 28 years. Cherished mother to Marilyn Philip(Brian), Perry Ferren(Jean), John Ferren(Leeanne) and Shelly Walsh(John). Proud grandmother to 12 and great-grandmother of 10. Dora will be dearly remembered by all of her extended family and friends. Dora’s family would like to extend their warm thanks to the staff of Hillsdale Terraces for all of their care and compassion.
Resting at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME(124 King St. E., Oshawa) with visitation to take place on Tuesday, May 16 from 7-9pm, with a service in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, May 17 at 1pm. Interment to follow at Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are greatly appreciated.
