Condolence: Mrs. Touchie taught my oldest son for 3 years and my daughter for 1 year. She was an amazing teacher, educator.
She was thoughtful, energetic, loving, caring, patient, and motherly.
Mrs. Touchie was proud of all her students and could remember my son who is now 19!!!

Condolence: It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to Chris. I only knew her for a few years but recognized the amazing person she was. Chris had such an inner joy and zest for life. I can still hear her laughter, or should I say, giggles. She was dedicated to her family, friends, work and faith. It was a joy to be in her presence.
Our condolences to her family and friends who are all hurting at this time with the loss of Chris.
As the parents of Elizabeth, Craig's wife, we are thankful for Chris' life and love and pray for healing among those she leaves behind. May her life of love and service guide us into the future.

Condolence: I am truly blessed to have had Chris as my friend. Chris and I met at McMaster 50 years ago and my husband and I have maintained a wonderful friendship with her ever since then. She stood beside me as my matron of honour at our wedding. Chris was a beautiful person inside and out. She always had a kind word for everyone and her smile lit up a room. Her three children Samantha, Craig and Michelle and their families were her whole life. Her eyes shone when she spoke of her six grandsons and the little one to be born soon. She was so proud of her family. She was an accomplished teacher and instilled knowledge in her little students by always coming up with fun and creative ways to help them learn. Chris has left me with wonderful memories and will be in my heart forever. Our deepest condolences to Chris' entire family.
