Born October 17th, 1931, passed away September 7th, 2018 peacefully at home, with family by his side. Arthur is reunited with his late wife Shirley (Arsenault), son Donald and grandson Jeremy. Loving father of Kim (Denis), Wendy (Mike), Douglas (Mario), Allan (Cindy), John (Frances), and Charles (Karen). Son of the late Richard and Rosena Tilling and devoted brother to Elenore, Donald, and Donna and the late Kenneth and Ronald. Arthur will be missed dearly by his extended family and many friends. Proud Poppa to many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Visitation will be held at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME Oshawa, Tuesday September 11th from 12pm until 2pm. Following visitation, interment will be held at Groveside Cemetery Whitby. Memorial donations are appreciated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
