Condolence: On September 30 we learned the very sad news of the passing of my brother Gerry.
Although he endured many health issues over the years, he was a truly a fighter to the end.
Gerry was the kindest, most lovable person anyone could have the pleasure of knowing.
I will miss him, and all the wonderful memories we shared.
May he rest in peace.

Condolence: I was lucky enough to work for this wonderful man for the last 5-6 years through Community Care. He loved his family and friends and his precious kitty Mia. I promise to take good care of her. Your sense of humor and wonderful stories kept me amused over the years. I will miss you Gerry, you are loved.

Condolence: Where do I begin to tell of the courageous and brave battle my beautiful brother fought against this horrible disease COPD. Gerry never really complained how he had to fight each and everyday to breathe as we do without even giving it a second thought. It consumed his every moment but given a chance to lend a ear he would entertain us with his never ending stories to which we always shared a laugh and then some. Gerry stayed a large part of his time at our home with me and Gilles this past year. Being confined to his apt. never gave him any opportunity to get outdoors. We spent many hours outdoors on our deck enjoying the fresh air, having lunch, watching numerous birds feeding on the feeders, walks and picnics in the park while Gilles pushed him along in his wheelchair and of course a movie most nights. These memories are the ones which will sustain me in the days and weeks ahead. I know God wanted him to come home but my home is so empty without him. We LOVE YOU GERRY RIP
