It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Josephine on Wednesday October 30, 2013 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Loving mother of Sharon Wood (Jim), Linda Barry (Kevin), Jackie King (Al) and Tom (Jo-Anne). Loving grandmother of Jimmy, Jeffrey (deceased) and Courtney Wood, Christine Steeves (Randy), Bill Bone (Barb), Bonnie King, David King, Steven and Scott Hamilton. Great grandmother to John Thomas, Justin (Kate), Jordan, Emma, John Nicholas, Laura, Grace and great great grandson Jack. Survived by two sisters Doris, Marie and her brother Percy and predeceased by five siblings. Friends and family may call at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King St. E, Oshawa on Friday November 1st from 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday November 2nd at 1 pm. There will be visitation one hour prior to service time. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
