Passed away on Tuesday August 26, 2014 at the age of 28. Predeceased by his father Donald Wortman and survived by his mother Debbie and step-mother Susan. Survived by his loving siblings Lee, Chris, Trevor, Tina, Carrie and Don. Will be missed by his loving son Jack and many nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Saturday August 30th from 10-11 am. Funeral service to follow in the Chapel at 11 am. Interment Thornton Cemetery.
