Patience Florence Vachon Tremblay
Passed away November 26th 2015 surrounded by family.
Loving daughter to Jean-Paul Vachon and Florence Tremblay and sister to Shianne, Shayla, Shaleane and Paige.
Fondly remembered by her grandparents Connie and Germain Vachon, Violet and Dwayne Lisk and great-grandmother Ruby Tremblay.
Forever remembered by her Aunt Charlene and many family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Sick Kid’s Hospital Foundation.
Visitation will be held at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King Street East Oshawa) on Wednesday December 2nd at 11am until time of service following at 12pm.
