SCHRODER, Ruth
Passed away peacefully on April 16 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in her 99th year.
Beloved wife of the late Werner Schroder. Loving mother of Joe(Judy) of Port Hope, Christine Caldarelli(Tony) of Markham, Wayne(Debbie) of Oshawa and Sandra Menard(James) of Ottawa. Cherished grandmother of Wendy, Michelle, Nicole, Michael, Jennifer, Daniel, Gabriel and Emily. Great-grandmother to Clara Capkun and June Menard. Ruth’s family would like to extend their warm thanks to all of the staff of the Moonlight Bay unit at Hillsdale Estates for all of their care and compassion.
Friends may call for visitation at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME(124 King Street E., Oshawa) on Tuesday, April 19 from 10-11am, with a service to be held in the funeral home chapel at 11am. Interment to follow at Belleville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation are greatly appreciated.
