YOUNG, Evelyn (nee Bowden) – Peacefully entered into rest with her Heavenly Father on Tuesday May 10, 2016 at the age of 97. Faithfull member of Trinity Pentecostal Church for over 50 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Doug Young, son in law David Lockwood, and granddaughter Esther Lockwood. Lovingly remembered by her children Al Young and Bev Lockwood. Proud grandmother of Rachel (Fabio), and Ruth (Christian). The family wished to express their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Hillsdale Estates for the quality of care given. A Funeral Service will be held at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Sunday May 15th at 2pm. Refreshments to follow. Memorial Donations to the Refuge would be greatly appreciated by the family.
