Sullivan, Joseph Garnet – Proud Member of IBEW Local 353 for 55+ years – Peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Tuesday November 29, 2016 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Lillian Sullivan. Loving father of Carol Tufford (Darrell), Patrick, and Joseph (Karen). Cherished papa of Chantal (Adam), Chrystine, Andrea, Alysha, Zachary, Taylor, McKaila, McKenzie, and great grandchildren Chloe and Ellie, Lillie and Benjamin. Survived by his sister Dorothy Passant and predeceased by his brother David Sullivan and sister Athiel Burrows. Lovingly remembered by extended family and friends. Joseph was a Master Electrician who enjoyed golfing, reading and loved spending winters in Florida and wondered “what the rich were doing”. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Friday December 2, 2016 from 7 – 9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church on Saturday December 3, 2016 at 10 am. Interment Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, Scarborough.
