Frank was remarkable. He was very committed to his work and he led by example. He was always willing to share his knowledge and he worked with dedication and integrity. Condolence: It is with great sadness that I heard of Franks passing. I did not work with him directly while a General Motors but our paths crossed frequently. After he retired I worked with him on the United Way. He was tireless and thorough.
