To Pat and family: My heartfelt condolences to all of you at this difficult time. I was deeply saddened by the news of Frank’s passing. I had the pleasure of working for Frank at GM. Frank was remarkable. He was very committed to his work and he led by example. He was always willing to share his knowledge and he worked with dedication and integrity.
